The change watch, and the diff it sends
An email when ISO/IEC DIS 27045.2 moves: the stage, the ballot result, the publication date, the public text or the record behind this site. The email carries the diff, so the reader sees what changed rather than a summary written by someone else.
What is checked, and how often
The page is re-read from the ISO record, the stage feed and the public view of the draft. The facts that matter are the stage code, the stage date, the status, the edition, the page count, the committee, the scope, the terms and the public clause 5. A change to any of them is a diff.
The check runs daily. When nothing has changed, nothing is sent. When something has changed, the email says which field moved, from what, to what, and links the page that carries the new value.
What it does not watch
It does not watch your risk register, your audit calendar, your suppliers or your own documents. It does not watch the law in your jurisdiction; the rules page names the regimes but the watch is not a legal update service.

The window between close of voting and publication
This is the period when a briefing goes stale quietly. The draft can gain a clause, lose a definition or move a date, and the reader who prepared in good faith has no way to know unless someone re-checks. The watch is that re-check, with the evidence attached.
It is also the period when the publication estimate is most likely to move. The watch sends the stage change as soon as the record shows it, so a plan built on September 2027 can be corrected before it reaches a board paper.
