The terms on which this site and the paid files are provided. Short, because the product is a record and a set of documents, not a service that makes decisions for you.
Accuracy
The record is our reading of a public draft, written in our own words and cited to its clause. The official text is the authority. Check any line against the official text before you rely on it, and note that a draft can change before publication.
Trademarks and copyright
ISO and IEC are the owners of their marks and their publications. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO or the IEC. Clause titles, defined terms and the control titles listed on the rules page remain the property of their owners and are used here as the reader's index. Everything else on this site is our own text.
What the paid files are
The kit is a set of documents for the buying organisation to fill in and use in its own risk work. It is not the standard, not legal advice and not a certificate. A consultant who uses it across client engagements should buy a copy per engagement.
Refunds and cancellation
If the kit does not match what this page describes, write to support@theartofservice.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. The change watch bills monthly in advance and can be cancelled from the account page at any time; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current month in place. A refund does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to resupplying the files or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
